Former Playboy model Ariane Bellamar died at the age of 46, her ex-husband, Tanner Slaught, announced in a post shared on her Facebook page (h/t the New York Post).

Bellamar reportedly died unexpectedly in Nevada from a heart attack last December, the post shared on January 24 states, along with a GoFundMe link to pay for funeral costs.

"It is with great sadness that I am bringing out the news that on December 20th, 2024 - Ariane passed away," the post states. "I ask for your consideration to view more information by clicking on the link below to view our fundraiser for her funeral. Her extremely early departure from this world has caught everyone off guard and we were not prepared for this."

A death report obtained by the Clark County Coroner's Office did confirm that Bellamar suffered a heart attack, however, didn't provide additional details, TMZ reports. Bellamar, a Florida native who grew up in Toronto, Canada, also made several appearances in television shows and movies which included Beverly Hills Nannies, The Millionaire Matchmaker and Gordon Ramsay's Hotel Hell, as well as uncredited roles in the films The Suicide Squad and The Hangover Part III and an extra role in the HBO series Entourage.

Bellamar made deadlines during the #MeToo movement by claiming that Entourage star Jeremy Piven grabbed her twice without consent, with three other women later making similar claims, which he denied.
